This exhaustion of believing in the West comes after multiple claims and interventions onto other countries for having similar weapons of mass destruction that turned out to be 'untrue' or debunked according to the media, but possibly true in real life based on interpretation — they didn't actually create any of the weapons themselves, the CIA put them there.
